Chi Kung & Tai Chi Classes
If getting more exercise was one of your New Year’s resolutions, come check out our Chi Kung & Tai Chi classes. Chi Kung is appropriate for all ability levels & is a good place to begin. Tai Chi is more of a workout & is a good next step. The Tai Chi class is learning the Yang 48 form & a fan form. All classes are on-going & newcomers are always welcome.
The Tuesday Chi Kung class starts up again on January 17 at 9 a.m. Friday’s Chi Kung class starts up again January 20 at 9 a.m. followed by the Tai Chi class at 10:15 a.m.
The Lunar New Year begins January 23. It will be the Year of the Dragon, a very propitious time to practice Chi Kung exercises!
Per Church Council, all participants need to complete
a release form (which will be available at class time) & the suggested
free-will offering for non-church members will continue to stay in effect.
These are on-going classes, you can start any time & no
prior experience is necessary! Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and
some new ones!
Questions, comments, concerns? Contact: Dodie Amundson, silverdragonpathways@gmail.com.

The Chi Kung class works on the "Eight
Pieces Of Brocade,"
a
traditional, ancient set of exercises. |

Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow
in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage
in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the
society, and the world.
All women of St. Andrew are welcome and encouraged to come
